Return Policy for Ready-Made Quilts and Ready-Made Embroidery.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase of our ready-made quilts and embroidered products. If you're not, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the quilt or embroidered product is in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within ten business days.
**Custom Quilts and Custom Embroidery**
Due to the personalized nature of custom quilts, they cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to clearly communicate your requirements and preferences during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations. If the final product is not made according to the agreed specifications, we commit to rectifying the issue, which could involve alterations or, in some cases, creating a new quilt. This will be done at our discretion.
Handcrafted Just for You Each item in my store is meticulously handcrafted or embellished by me. Production begins upon receiving your order and, depending on the complexity, may take anywhere from a few hours to up to four weeks to complete. Detailed processing times are outlined in each product description and are separate from the shipping time required by the carrier. Need it by a Specific Date? If you have a specific deadline, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline. Refunds and Returns Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept refunds or returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally."
